Here is my beautiful little girl dying her first egg. We were a bit disappointed with how light the yellow dye was.

Do you have a favorite brand of Easter Egg dye? Know one that makes the most vivid colors? If so please let me know in the comments. We feel a need for some research in this area.

We were host home to the Easter Party this year. Much more challenging to capture good photos while juggling two children. I did find a creative way for my Little Guy to be with us as we hunted eggs, and for me not to have to carry him around. He watched the whole thing from his Easter Basket! He loved all the action going on around him.

The whole hunt was very civilized! We had a boat load of eggs hidden, and asked the bigger children to allow the smaller children to pick up the easy to find eggs. All of the bigger ones were perfectly obedient, and the hunt went very smoothly. I love this photo of Princess and A, it is if they are out for a casual walk and sharing a deep conversation.

(Look closely and you can see his pink tie peeking from his sweater vest. He is so adorable, and his Mommy always has him dressed to perfection.)

What would a party be without Debbie's now famous cookies? They taste better than they look if that is even possible. Yes, you are allowed to be jealous that I ate not one, but two of these confections. I even hid one for later!

Hope everyone had a beautiful weekend filled with new life and fresh surprises!
