Fun Friday! Oh, and a few photos too! 3.20.09March 20, 2009What does every mother secretly long for? I don't know about you, or the mothers in your life, but I know what I long for. I want some personal time. My wonderful Husband gave me some of that today. He took the Princess to the park and out to lunch, and I was able to get out and roam a bit. I know I should have stayed home and cleaned and organized, but for almost five blissful hours, I was able to shop, play and even sneak in some photos.
I was lucky enough to fine the Fronce Frog. A great little boutique on Main Street in Rowlett. Robin has filled her store with great clothes, bags and accessories. For those of you wondering where to get those perfect jeans or cute top for next photo shoot, I think you should stop in and check out Robin's shop. They are located just above Lily B's.
I also spent took some time to scout some new more urban locations. I love the look of old downtown areas and the texture they add to photos. This was the only time today I wish I had the Hubby or Princess with me, as I love taking photos of people and often find it difficult to get a good shot when people are not included.
All this picture needs is someone to grab this beautiful handle.
I love this little gate! This would be great for a family photo.
This door is just a perfect place for a senior portrait.
Let me know if you might like to use some of these great backdrops for your next family session. They have a great feel to them.
Well Spring has arrived in a BIG way here in the Metroplex. I have to share just a few photos I took while at the Arboretum on Thursday. I love tulips and I think they have the most beautiful beds filled with them this side of Holland.
I love the bright colors of this variegated variety.
There are such beautiful views of color.
Hope everyone had as pleasant of a Friday as I did.
